What if I don't actually consider myself a speaker yet?

What's the difference between Speaker School and Honors?
Speaker School is the accessible entry point with the live training, the resources, the community, and the speaking opportunities from Leslie's network. Honors is everything in Speaker School plus two group office hours a month with Leslie where you get direct feedback on your keynote material, pitching support, and priority application for Headliners Week (which is where the real certification gets earned). Honors is for the woman who wants the quicker development arc and the closer access.
What is Headliners Week and how do I get there?
Headliners Week is the in-person production week in Atlantic City where certification is earned. Real stage. Real producers. Real audio and video capture. Speaker School naturally feeds into Headliners Week as the next step (and Honors members get priority application). Certification is performance-based, which means you earn it by actually performing, not by completing a checklist.
Are the speaking opportunities paid?
Every stage is its own conversation, so we never describe opportunities as paid or guarantee compensation. What we DO guarantee is access, introductions, and a steady flow of opportunities from Leslie's network that the broader public doesn't see on any list anywhere.
What if I want the 1:1 development experience instead?
That's the Conservatory level, which is by inquiry only. There's a private application linked above. Leslie reviews every inquiry on her own time and invites the right women into a conversation if it's a fit (and that fit assessment is mutual, which is part of why it's a doorway and not a sales call).
Is there a sales call to enroll?
